BEJEWEL CAKES AND LIFESTYLE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

By placing an order with Bejewel Cakes and Lifestyle, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. These terms are designed to ensure clear communication and a smooth service experience for all customers.

 

2. Orders & Booking

All orders must be placed in advance.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm any order.

Orders are only secured once the deposit payment is received.

Late orders may be accepted based on availability and may attract an urgency fee.

 

3. Payments

Full payment must be made before collection or delivery.

We accept payment via approved methods communicated by the business.

No product will be released without full payment.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

If cancellation is made at least 72 hours before delivery, the deposit may be transferred to a future order (valid for 30 days).

No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations.

 

5. Changes to Orders

Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before collection/delivery.

We cannot guarantee last-minute changes.

Additional charges may apply for design or size changes.

 

6. Collection & Delivery

Customers must collect orders at the agreed time.

We are not responsible for damages once the order has been collected.

Delivery fees apply and vary by location.

Customers must provide correct delivery details.

 

7. Product Care

Cakes and edible items must be stored properly as advised.

We are not responsible for damage due to improper handling, storage, or transport after collection.

 

8. Allergies & Ingredients

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as: nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and gluten.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergy concerns before ordering.

 

9. Design & Custom Orders

We strive to match requested designs as closely as possible.

Exact color shades and decorations may vary slightly.

Creative freedom may be applied where necessary.

 

10. Lifestyle Products

All lifestyle items (clothing, accessories, gele, etc.) must be checked upon collection.

No returns or exchanges after collection unless there is a proven defect.

 

11. Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph our products and use the images for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.

 

12. Liability

Bejewel Cakes and Lifestyle will not be held liable for:

Damages after collection or delivery

Allergic reactions not disclosed in advance

Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances
